25 years ago, we began our careers at a family-owned kitchen and bath remodeling company. We grew with the company in the positions of cabinet and granite fabrication/installation, CNC manufacturing, full interior remodeling, upper management, and design. As a designer I generated over $4.3 million in sales in six years for the company.

The Process

Project Planning Guide

Renovation is a collaborative process.

Contractors, please contact us to create an account for invoicing or purchase directly. You can submit your measurements and notes via email or website upload.

Homeowners, please purchase the digital download called the Project Planning Guide at checkout. This guide contains measurement instruction guides and design questionnaires to help communicate project preferences to our design team. Once completed, you can upload the guide to our website, email or text it to us.

Design Package

Project Planning Guide

Your CAD drawings are delivered within 5 business days (excluding holidays). We always aim to provide our valued clients with accurate and high-quality floor plans. Edits in this industry are expected and we strive to turn them around quickly as well. Additionally, we offer an interactive 3D panoramic feature, which is a great tool for both current and prospective customers.

We design for kitchens, wet/dry bars, bathrooms, laundry rooms, offices, and custom entertainment centers.

What cabinet catalogs do you design with?

We design in your preferred cabinet brand. Please contact us for more information.

What CAD programs do you design in?

2020 or ProKitchen.

Do I have to use the Project Planning Guide?

No, as long as we get all the necessary information clearly. We understand contractors have their own system of documenting the project plans.

Do you offer contractor invoicing?

Yes we do. Contact us directly and we will create your account. We invoice on a 75/25 structure. 75% will be invoiced for the designs submitted to you, 25% then billed after edits are completed.

What if I already have the design laid out?

Great! Please follow the same proceedures for submitting measurements and design information. We will render and design per your requests and contact you with any questions or design issues we may foresee.

The measurement submissions are via website upload, email or text.

I have a kitchen and a dry/wet bar, is that considered two rooms?

No, we consider those a set for the design as they share a space and usually style.

I have a walk-in pantry in my kitchen to also be designed, is that considered two rooms?

No, we consider those a set for the design as they share a space and usually style.

My laundry room is off my kitchen, is that considered two rooms?

Yes.

Do you offer full architectural drawings?

No, we do not.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

You may cancel and request a full refund if you have not submitted measurements. If you have submitted measurements then we are working on your design and it is unfortunately too late to cancel.
